Grievance Arbitration Programs

Not all grievances filed under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) are the same.  Some are more complex than others.  A one-size-fits-all approach to grievance arbitrations does not meet the needs of the parties.  Why have a full-blown hearing when a more simplified (and less costly) hearing is needed?

That is why QADRE offers 4 different levels of grievance arbitration proceedings.  Pick the one that makes the most sense for your grievance.  Fit the solution to the problem.
