Disputes arise from time to time between unions and management under Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).  Some are grievances, others are unfair labor practices (ULPs) -- both formal or informal.  Mediation and arbitration are two effective ways to resolve these disputes and maintain the relationship between the parties.  Quality Alternative Dispute Resolution and Education, Inc. (QADRE) provides multiple mediation and arbitration programs to management and unions to resolve grievances and ULPs in a quick and cost-effective manner.  We also offer education/training, dispute prevention, and resolution program design to organizations who need it.
